Notice of Temporary Shipping Delay of Sashiko Supply - Summer 2025

Notice of Temporary Shipping Delay of Sashiko Supply - Summer 2025

As we move through the summer of 2025, we are entering a season of transition. Our family has decided to relocate, and with that decision comes the reality of packing, adjusting, and finding new rhythms in an unfamiliar place. During this time of change, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding potential delays in our shipping operations.

Until the End of May 2025

We will continue to process and prepare your orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Packages will be dropped off at USPS on the following business day, as usual. We will do our best to keep this routine until the final days of May.

From June 2025 and for the Following Months

After our move begins in earnest, our shipping schedule will shift slightly. We anticipate preparing packages within 4 to 5 business days, and we will plan to drop them off at USPS every other day, or about twice a week. Because our schedule will depend on the progress of the move and how quickly we settle in, we will share more specific drop-off days once they are confirmed.

Once everything is settled

Once everything is settled, we will go back to the regular service of handling the order within 24 hours, and shipping them out wihtin a few business days.

The Same Sashiko Supplies — With a Bit More Breathing Room

The supplies you’ve come to rely on will remain the same — carefully selected, respectfully handled, and sent with sincere gratitude. The only difference for a little while may be a bit more time in preparation and transit.

Once we are settled into our new home and workspace, we hope to return to our usual operations and daily rhythm. In the meantime, if you need any items by a specific date — whether for a project, a class, or a gift — we recommend placing your order several days in advance to ensure timely arrival.

Thank you very much for your continued support, patience, and kindness. Your understanding during this season of change means so much to us, and we look forward to continuing to share Sashiko with you from our new home.
