Return Policy
We strive to deliver the best items for your Sashiko experience. Please contact us if we can help to improve your experience.
We would accept exchanges or returns when a customer:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Ship items back within 7 days of our agreememnt (exclusive to international shipping)
- Customer Provides Return Shipping Fee.
- The items must be in the new condition - such as unused, unskeined and unpacked.
- For cancellation of the order, we accept it before the order has shipped out unless specifically mentioned such as one of the kind order.
We believe we carry a high quality products. We also believe we provide enough information on the web for customer to make the right decision. If you have questions, please contact us before placing the order so we can support your purchase. For example, the color of thread may be different on your PC screen. We do our best to look like the actual thread on our monitor. It is outside of our control to know what type of monitors you are using. Contact us when you are not sure about the Color. We do not prefer to receive the return because of the product color difference from the image online.
However, things can go wrong from time to time.
If you receive a damage item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will refund the payment or send the replacement after confirming the situation. We do our best to avoid it, but we are still human so damage or misplace could happen, too.
Most o our final items are “one-of-a-kind” made by hands. As much as we want to keep creating the exact same materials, it is not possible to do so because we are human. Especially for those Naturally Hand-dyed Sashiko thread, please be reasonable for the “Color” of Natural Dye or hand-made products.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged regardless.

Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and re-stocking fee.
